Description

Bearing Fixer 56A41 50ml - Arexons 4717

Specific product for fixing bearings, bushings, bushings, oil seals, keyways, splines and other mechanisms in general.

For all cylindrical parts subject to shear and radial load.

It is recommended for clamping parts not subject to disassembly.

Medium thixotropy product.

Increases the reliability of a slide or interference fit.

Prevents contact corrosion by sealing any leaks.

Has high resistance to water, oils, fuels, hydraulic and refrigeration fluids, gases and vapours.

For fast braking use 'Rapid Primer AP 724'.

Employment

Recommended for braking parts not subject to disassembly.

Classification

Product tested according to DIN 54454.

Use

Surfaces must be clean and dry.

We recommend the use of System MC217.

Apply the product to the bolt in the area of the coupling with the nut.

For blind holes, apply the product to the bottom of the hole.

Assemble and tighten as required.

Wait the prescribed curing time before handling the coupling.

For application temperatures below +15°C or in the case of slow curing speeds, System AP724 Primer Rapido can be used.

Warnings

This product is not normally recommended for use with plastics, where stress cracking is possible.

Storage

Product shelf life after packaging in sealed package and storage at room temperature: 18 months minimum.
