PC OPERATION 

• You enter the tyre data
• The machine automatically selects the most suitable programme from among - SOFT - STANDARD - RF/UHP

The operator can decide to use another programme (the software prevents the use of unsuitable programmes)

• The upper and lower rollers are positioned at the rim edge and the valve in the start position.
• By giving consent, the tyre changer performs the set work, with minimal intervention by the operator.
• At any time the operator can intervene by stopping the automated operation, and then restart normally (no need to restart from the beginning of the cycle).

AIMED WORK

After switching on, the tyre changer asks you to select the desired activity:

• removing/mounting tyres (normal activity)
• repeated disassembly (e.g. dismantling to separate tyre from rim)
• repeated assembly (e.g. in car factories) Pre-set and dedicated cycle reduces working time

AUTOMATIC OPERATION

• You place the top roller at the edge of the rim.
• Then you put the valve in the start position.
• By giving consent, the tyre changer works automatically (programme G1200).
• Once the first wheel is finished, the start position is done very quickly and automatically to repeat the work "n" times.

PNEUMATIC BEAD BREAKER DISCS:

Made of non-scratch material to fully protect the rim.

The rim-edge detector allows the roller to advance automatically, enabling it to work on the bead without damaging the tyre sidewall.

Possibility of customer data entry

DATA BANK

Up to 100,000 wheel types can be stored with:

• customer name
• vehicle registration number
• notes

DATA TRANSFER

Transfer of stored data between tyre changers: particularly useful for those with several tyre changers:

• in the same workshop (large tyre shop, tyre or vehicle manufacturer)
• in different shops (chain of tyre dealers, group of dealers) Customised data and brief training allow the most difficult tyres to be dismantled by inexperienced operators.

The central locking, also suitable for inverted wheels, takes place via a central pin with cone. The effort is minimal thanks to the special wheel support plate, a floating type with self-locking effect.
