Description

Very high-strength blocking agent 56A38 - Arexons

Specific product for all cylindrical parts subjected to shear and radial loads.

It is used to lock bearings, gears, pulleys, sleeves, bushings, pins, pivots.

It is suitable for high-strength braking of threaded parts.

High viscosity product for locking free-flowing parts.

Allows free-flow mounting as an alternative to interference mounting.

Used in interference fitment, it increases the strength of the coupling by approximately 4 times due to its ability to create 100% surface contact.

Achieves a perfectly distributed load over the entire engaged area.

Eliminates tension within the joint by protecting it against possible contact corrosion.

It has high resistance to water, oils, fuels, hydraulic and refrigeration fluids, gases and vapours.

For fast braking, use 'Rapid Primer AP 724'.

Employment

Recommended for braking parts not subject to disassembly.

Classification

Product tested according to DIN 54454.

Use

Surfaces must be clean and dry.

We recommend the use of System MC217.

Apply the product to the bolt in the area of the coupling with the nut.

For blind holes, apply product to the bottom of the hole. Assemble and tighten as required.

Wait the specified curing time before handling the coupling.

For application temperatures below +15°C or in the case of slow curing speeds, System AP724 Primer Rapido can be used.

Warnings

This product is not normally recommended for use with plastics, where stress cracking is possible.

Storage

Product shelf life after packaging in sealed package and storage at room temperature: 18 months minimum.
