The OMCN 199/W electro-hydraulic 2-column lift is suitable for all conditions of use, in fact its imposing structure allows it to have a maximum capacity of 4000kg and a precision and speed that only an electro-hydraulic lift like this can provide.
Thanks to the quality materials that make up the bridge, maintenance operations are reduced to a minimum, as there are no ropes, chains, pulleys, bearings, screws or nuts in the mechanisms.
The bridge has been designed to guarantee maximum safety during its use; in fact, there are numerous safety systems:
- The two carriages synchronise their alignment regardless of the load distribution.
- The mechanical safety supports are automatically engaged.
- The safety valves are inserted directly into the cylinders.
- Equipped with a safety device in case there are obstacles during the descent phase.
- Compensated speed control.
- Protection valve against current overload.
- Foot protection and automatic arm locking device.
- 24 V low voltage "dead man" controls.
- Vehicle anti-collision device on the upper crossbeam.
The bridge is epoxy powder coated, resistant to chemicals and corrosion.
