The FTX-1000X410-TO DCR 400V/F3 industrial lathe is a professional metalworking machine designed to ensure solidity, precision, and consistent performance in the most demanding applications. Its robust structure with laminated and ground prismatic guides ensures high rigidity and smooth carriage movement, while the guide shaft for automatic feeds enables uniform and controlled machining.
The safety system includes automatic shut-off micro-switches that stop the machine when the pulley cover or chuck guard is opened. Additional safety features include the chuck guard, turret guard, emergency stop button, and foot brake, providing the operator with maximum control during every phase of work. The thread dial indicator enables precise threading, while the longitudinal carriage end-stop ensures repeatable and controlled machining.
The lathe is equipped with a DRO X/Y digital readout, compliant with CE standards, and features a gear transmission system, 16 selectable speeds, and a turning capacity over the bed of 410 mm.
