The OMCN 199/DELTA workshop car lift is an electromechanical car lift with a lowered base frame. Lifting is provided by rolled trapezoidal screws, made of high-strength steel, with fine pitch to make the carriages self-braking. The carriages are internally sliding and fully protected. The OMCN workshop bridge is equipped with load-bearing nuts made of special material to minimise lubrication. The safety nuts are self-protecting. This workshop lift from OMCN is equipped with four sliding rollers for each individual carriage plus four adjustable runners that guarantee perfect grip and smoothness. The transmission of motion between the bolts is by means of a chain with electrical anti-elongation protection to ensure quiet operation and greater elasticity. The electric motor is three-phase and oversized with thermal protection, and the electrical system is closed-circuit, with low-voltage controls and limit switches, "dead man" operation. The structure of the OMCN 199/DELTA lift is epoxy powder coated for long life and is completely pre-assembled. The equipment includes a grease pump and anchor bolts for anchoring to the ground.
