Measurement Principle
During the measurement, the sensor is placed on the part's surface and moves at a constant speed. A sensitive stylus detects the surface roughness and converts the variations into an analog signal proportional to the roughness. This signal is processed through a data collection system, amplified, and digitally converted by a DSP chip. The final measurement results can be displayed on the OLED screen, printed, or transferred to a PC for further analysis.
The digital surface roughness tester is the ideal solution for those seeking a reliable, precise, and versatile device for surface roughness analysis, featuring advanced data management and broad compatibility with major measurement standards.
