Part of the high-performance Flexvolt battery platform, the DeWalt DMCCS574 is a 54V cordless chainsaw that offers performance comparable to 40cc gasoline-powered machines.

It can be used with any of DeWalt's 54V Flexvolt batteries, which has the added benefit of being able to power even the smallest DeWalt 18v XR cordless power tools.

The DCMCS574 has an energy-efficient brushless motor for longer run times per charge and is equipped with a 450 mm sword.

Being battery-powered, it requires less maintenance than a gasoline chainsaw and has an automatic lubrication system to keep the chain lubricated automatically.

It also has an equipped chain tensioning system built to professional specifications, which ensures that the chain remains reliably tensioned during use.

The chain speed is optimized for better torque that prevents the saw from binding, and the chain brake stops the chain in less than a second when activated.
