Description
Impact Drill Driver 18V 13 mm - 42 Nm 3Ah - Makita - DHP453RFE
The DHP453RFE screwdriver drill is designed for impact drilling in brick, concrete and stone, as well as drilling in
wood, metal, ceramics and plastics.
Comfortable design and safety
The screwdriver drill, with an aluminum base, is equipped with a dust protection system.
The handle of the drill, has cover with non-slip material also known as soft-grip that always ensures a firm and secure grip during hours of use.
In addition, the blade housing is equipped with a large suction nozzle.
Impact drilling
The drill/driver includes an impact drilling function, which can be selected using the clutch and function selection wheel. This allows for drilling very hard materials such as reinforced concrete masonry.
Reverse rotation lever operation
The tool is equipped with a reversing lever that allows the direction of rotation to be changed.
When the reversing lever is in the middle position, it is impossible to operate the switch.
Wood drilling
In this case, for best results, it is advisable to use wood drills equipped with a screwdriver
guide. The latter facilitates drilling because it guides the bit into the workpiece.
Metal drilling
To prevent slippage of the bit at the beginning of drilling, use a center punch and hammer to
create a cavity at the location where the hole is to be drilled.
Place the end of the drill bit in the cavity and begin drilling.
If drilling metals, use a cutting lubricant.
Iron and brass, on the other hand, should be drilled dry.
