Description
Professional finishing discs with M14 connection, quick and easy to fit, to give stainless steel an excellent finish. Air vents on the backing pad help disperse heat and keep dust away from the workpiece. Ideal for removing marks from previous abrasive passes, minor oxidation and weld browning. Use at 5,000/6000 rpm is recommended to prevent overheating of the surface being worked on and to allow full synergy of use with the aerated backing pad. Also suitable for aluminium.
2SF and 2SSF
Soft hardness, fine grit (2SF light blue) and super fine grit (2SSF green). For polishing stainless steel, masking and for light deburring, cleaning light oxidation.
3SF
Like 2SF but more compact, medium hardness.
Longer life, same finish.
6SM
Tougher, more aggressive abrasive compound with long disc life. Removes tig welds, roughing marks left by flap discs giving an excellent finish in one operation.
8AC
Very hard, coarse grit. Deburring, masking deep scratches left by abrasive (grit 60), removing oxidation.
