The FTX-40-PHH horizontal hydraulic press is a high-performance industrial machine designed to ensure maximum stability, operational precision, and safety in bending, forming, and assembly operations within demanding production environments.

The extremely robust structure, featuring a high-strength worktable, is engineered to withstand loads far exceeding standard bending stresses, ensuring consistent reliability even under high pressure. The cylinder positioned beneath the worktable, free from obstructive upper frames, significantly improves ergonomics and facilitates the use of tools and equipment.

The forged steel carriage, equipped with double hardened and ground slideways protected by scrapers, guarantees precise movement, long service life, and maximum process repeatability. The machine is ideal for both prototype manufacturing and series production, thanks to its versatile and reliable design.

The monoblock hydraulic power unit allows pressure adjustment, while the feed speed can be regulated via a flow control valve. The die-holder pins, made of hardened and ground alloy steel, feature a quick-change conical locking system to ensure safety and precision.

Operation is managed via an electric foot pedal with safety timer and push-button control. The presence of large side tool shelves and roller movement controlled by a double pedal enhances operator comfort and safety. The micrometric adjustment of the carriage stroke and the continuous stroke adjustment even under high working pressure allow the desired bending angle to be achieved without the need for preliminary trials.
