Description
The echoENG TCN 360 CNC lathe is designed for CNC turning operations and offers a 360 mm swing over bed and a 190 mm swing over cross slide. Versions with 750, 1000, 1500 or 2000 mm between centers allow the machine to be selected according to workpiece length and production requirements.
The 200 mm manual chuck is combined with a 52 mm spindle bore, optionally available with an 80 mm bore, and an MT6 spindle taper. The 4 kW main motor provides stepless speed control from 90 to 1800 rpm, allowing the rotational speed to be set according to the machining operation.
The machine is equipped with a four-station electric tool turret, compatible with tools featuring a 20 × 20 mm shank. Optional six- or eight-station turrets increase the number of tools available during the machining cycle.
The X axis provides 180 mm travel, while Z-axis travel is 750, 1000, 1500 or 2000 mm, depending on the version. Rapid traverse speeds are 4 m/min on the X axis and 6 m/min on the Z axis, enabling fast movement between operations.
The tailstock features a 65 mm diameter quill, with 130 mm travel and an MT4 taper, to support components during turning. The TCN 360 combines a choice of machining lengths with an overall width of 1600 mm and a height of 1650 mm, helping users assess installation space requirements.
