Description
The echoENG TCN 320 CNC lathe is designed for CNC turning operations and is equipped with a Siemens 808D CNC control. With a 320 mm swing over bed, a 150 mm swing over cross slide and 500 mm between centers, it provides machining capacity suitable for small and medium-sized components.
The 4 kW main motor drives the spindle over a speed range of 150 to 2200 rpm, allowing the rotational speed to be adapted to machining requirements. The 40 mm spindle bore accommodates bars of a compatible diameter, while the MT5 spindle taper accepts accessories with the corresponding taper.
The four-position electric tool turret accommodates tools with a 20 × 20 mm shank, allowing multiple tools to be set up for different stages of the turning cycle and reducing the need for manual tool changes.
The tailstock features an MT4 quill taper and 100 mm quill travel to support workpieces during machining. The Siemens CNC control allows turning cycles to be programmed and managed according to the component being produced.
With overall dimensions of 1620 × 1150 × 1600 mm and a weight of 800 kg, the TCN 320 combines CNC control, an electric tool turret and a compact footprint for installation in machine shops and dedicated turning departments.
