Description
The echoENG CLV D12L CNC vertical machining center is designed for machining operations requiring precision, repeatability and a spacious working area. Its 1200 × 600 mm table, with a maximum load capacity of 800 kg, accommodates workpieces and machining fixtures, while the 1100/600/600 mm X/Y/Z axis travels provide room for machining components of various sizes.
Available with a Siemens Sinumerik 828D or Fanuc 0I MF5 CNC control, the CLV D12L features C3-class ballscrews and pretensioning on all axes to minimize thermal distortion. The specified positioning accuracy is ±0.005 mm, with a positioning repeatability of ±0.003 mm.
The spindle reaches 10,000 rpm and is powered by a motor rated at 11/15 kW, as specified in the catalogue. The listed spindle taper options are SK 40, BT 40 and CAT 40. The 24-position automatic tool changer supports machining sequences involving different tools, reducing manual intervention during the cycle.
Standard equipment includes electrical cabinet air conditioning, an automatic lubrication system, an LED work light, an end-of-cycle indicator light and an MPG electronic handwheel, together with an Ethernet port, CF card, USB interface and operating manual.
