Description
The echoENG TCN 530 CNC lathe is designed for turning operations requiring precision, stability and versatility. It offers a 530 mm swing over bed and a 280 mm swing over cross slide. Versions with 1000, 1500 or 2000 mm between centers allow the machine configuration to be selected according to workpiece length.
The headstock features chromium-molybdenum steel gears, while the spindle is supported by three precision bearings, designed to provide accuracy and rigidity during heavy cutting operations. The 7.5 kW main motor drives the spindle with variable speed across three ranges: 30–150, 90–450 and 315–1600 rpm, allowing the rotational speed to be adapted to different machining requirements.
The TCN 530 features a 250 mm manual chuck, a 90 mm spindle bore and an MT6 spindle taper. The four-station electric tool turret accommodates tools with a 25 × 25 mm shank. Six- or eight-station turrets are available as options.
X-axis travel is 300 mm, while Z-axis travel is 1000, 1500 or 2000 mm, depending on the version. Rapid traverse speeds reach 6 m/min on the X axis and 8 m/min on the Z axis, enabling fast movement between machining stages.
The tailstock features a 75 mm diameter quill, with 150 mm travel and an MT5 taper, to support workpieces during turning. The catalogue also lists an optional C axis and driven tooling to extend the machine’s capabilities.
