echoENG TCN 400 CNC Lathe 400 mm Swing over Bed, 250 mm Chuck and 4 kW Motor

The echoENG TCN 400 CNC lathe is designed for CNC turning operations, offering a 400 mm swing over bed and a 210 mm swing over cross slide. Available with 750, 1000, 1500 or 2000 mm between centers, it allows the configuration to be selected according to the length of the components being machined.

The 4 kW main motor drives the spindle with stepless speed control from 90 to 1800 rpm, allowing the rotational speed to be adjusted to machining requirements. The machine features a 250 mm manual chuck, an MT6 spindle taper and a 52 mm spindle bore, optionally available with an 80 mm bore.

The four-station electric tool turret accommodates tools with a 25 × 25 mm shank and allows multiple tools to be used during the machining cycle. Optional six- or eight-station turrets are available to suit different operating requirements.

The X axis offers 200 mm travel, while Z-axis travel ranges from 750 to 2000 mm, depending on the version. Rapid traverse speeds reach 4 m/min on the X axis and 6 m/min on the Z axis, enabling fast movement between machining stages.

The tailstock features a 65 mm diameter quill, with 130 mm travel and an MT4 taper, to support workpieces during turning. The four available machining lengths allow the TCN 400 to be configured according to workshop space and component dimensions.
