echoENG CLV D10L CNC Vertical Machining Center 1000 500 mm Table, 7.5 kW Spindle and 24-Position Tool Changer

The echoENG CLV D10L CNC vertical machining center is designed for precision machining and features a 1000 × 500 mm table with a maximum load capacity of 500 kg. Its 800/500/500 mm X/Y/Z axis travels accommodate workpieces and clamping fixtures within overall machine dimensions of 2600 × 2300 × 2800 mm.

The machine is available with a Siemens Sinumerik 828D or Fanuc 0I MF5 CNC control. C3-class ballscrews and pretensioning on all axes contribute to accurate movement and reduced thermal distortion. The model offers a positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm and a positioning repeatability of ±0.003 mm, supporting repetitive machining operations and the production of close-tolerance components.

The 7.5 kW spindle reaches 10,000 rpm, with SK 40, BT 40 and CAT 40 spindle taper options listed in the catalogue. The 24-position automatic tool changer enables machining cycles using multiple tools and accommodates tools with a maximum diameter of 90 mm and a maximum individual weight of 8 kg.

Rapid traverse speeds of 24 m/min on the X and Y axes and 20 m/min on the Z axis enable fast movement between machining stages. Standard equipment includes automatic lubrication, electrical cabinet air conditioning, an LED work light, an end-of-cycle indicator light, an MPG electronic handwheel, an Ethernet port, CF card, USB interface and operating manual.

To suit different production requirements, catalogue options include a 12,000 rpm direct-drive spindle, spindle cooling, through-spindle coolant, a chain-type chip conveyor, a fourth axis, a fourth/fifth-axis configuration and a workpiece probe. Higher rapid traverse speeds are also available as an option.
